The arrest and accusation of Mr. Hyrbyair Marri, was followed after UK government banned Balochistan Liberation Army activities in UK.
Hyrbyair Marri, Son of Baloch Nationalist leader Mr Khairbakhsh Marri was cleared from terrorist charges, according to BBC: ‘A Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) spokeswoman said: "The CPS has decided not to seek a retrial of Hyrbyair Marri on two charges relating to the inciting of others to commit terrorist acts abroad in pursuit of self-government for Balochistan.
"The CPS counter-terrorism division has carefully considered the evidence against Hyrbyair Marri in light of the jury's verdicts and decided that the case no longer meets the tests set out in the code for Crown prosecutors." [End of quote from BBC]
The arrest and accusation of Mr. Hyrbyair Marri, was followed after UK government banned Balochistan Liberation Army activities in the UK.
Analyst believe that the banning of BLA and subsequent arrest of Baloch political activist Hayrbiar Marri and Faiz Baloch happened after some kind of secrete deal between British government and Musharaf Government, which took power after a military Coup d'état on 12 October 1999, in Pakistan. Although His government supported Taliban he was at the same time regarded as a partner of UK government in its fight against Taliban in Afghanistan.
