Appeal to the International Community to stop the Imminent execution of  a 15 years old teeanager Baloch by the Iranian Government. [1]

Mohammad Saber Malik Raisi  a teenage Baloch boy  was arrested on 24 September 2009, together with his two elder brothers, in Chahbahr  city in Balochistan. Immidiately after  their arrest the intelligence service  raided  their  family home humilating and  threatening  their parents  if their eldest son Mr. Abidulrahman Raisi  is not surrendered,  their three arrested sons will be executed instead.

However after four months they released two brothers but  kept the youngest i.e. Mr. Saber Malik Raisi who at the time of his arrest  was 15 years old and know he is around 16.  From time to time he is forced to call his parents  telling  them that his execution is eminent if his eldest brother is not surrendered.

According to HARANA, the teen age Baloch detainee has been tortured to admit that he is a member of Jundulah. Regime also alleged  his brother Mr. Obidulraman for being a member of Jundulah, which is a false accusation.                                            In fact  Mr Obidulrahman the eldest son of famous and respected Sunni religeous leader Molavi Dadrahman Malek Raisi  is  a  student , human right and civil right activist with no connection what so ever with any armed resistance group in Balochistan. Mr Obidulrahman is being  persecuted  because of his  refusal  to becoming an infilterating  informer of the regime.

Human right Activists News Agency (HRANA) has warned about the eminent execution of this young Baloch teenager, who has not committed any crime and after seven months in prison no court documents have been issued for his arrest by the authorities[1].

This is a proven fact that  the Iranian authorities in Balochistan easily lable any Baloch human  and civil right activist on  bogus charges of being member of armed resistance forces, drug traffickers and agents of the western powers in order to justify their persecutions, tortures and eventually executions.

Balochistan People’s Party demands from the international comminies on the humanitarian grounds  to put pressure on the  Iranian authorities stopping mental harrasment on this teenager Baloch’s family and release him from illigal detension immidiately.
