The Iranian regime executed 16 Balochi political activists in their 20’s in Zahedan prison south east of Iran on Saturday 26 October 2013.The Prosecutor of the province claimed that they were charged with anti-regime, but they were victims of killing 17 Revolutionary Guards in the border line. In another event the regime also executed two of Kurdish political activists in Kurdistan province.

The Islamic Republic, same as the previous Pahlavi’s regime, applies revenge and repression of non-Persian nations like Arabs, Kurds, Balochis, Turkmen, and Azaris.

Ahwaz Human Rights Organisation (AHRO) condemns violations against humanity and calls international organisations of human rights to react on these criminals against humanity and stop further arbitrary arrests, tortures and unfair trials.

AHRO sees the revenge and suppression of political activists feature of Chauvinism policies and discrimination of non-Persian nations. AHRO also calls the UN organisations to use more pressure on the Islamic Republic to stop further ethnic cleansing against these nations which are subjected to continuous unjust performance of the regime.
