Baloch Human Rights Association Letter To Un Generalsekretär Ban Ki Moon

The crucial example is 25th December 2012 when the armed forces of Pakistan launched oppression and wantonly bombarded and destructed the village of prominent baloch leader Allah Nazar namely Mehi situated at Mashky in Balochistan where more than 30 innocent civilians including children and women
To,
The Excellency Secretary General UNO Ban Ki Moon New YorK, USA.

Subject : Baloch Genocide and Perverse discrimination with Baloch Nation.
There has been a regular extermination and ethnic cleansing campaign against Baloch Nation since 2005 when the Pakistan security forces attacked and bombarded on the residence of ex Governor, chief minister and baloch prominent and popular national leader Nawab Akber Khan Bugti, due to that aggression 60 innocence habitants of Dera Bugti including women, children and Hindu minority were brutally killed.
It is to be noted that the security forces brutally and ruthlessly are killing and forcible disappearance of innocent baloch citizens namely teachers, professors, doctors and lawyers and terms them as combatants. The crucial example is 25th December 2012 when the armed forces of Pakistan launched oppression and wantonly bombarded and destructed the village of prominent baloch leader Allah Nazar namely Mehi situated at Mashky in Balochistan where more than 30 innocent civilians including children and women, Mir salah udin rehmat, Duha Baksh,Walid Nur, Jameel Baloch, Haji Jan, Khair Bibi, Lal Bibi, Zuja Dina, Halim Zuja, Zuja Ali Jan, Mehnaz, Nur Muhammad Gul, Bibi Shazia and Muhammad Lukma Ajal etc were brutally killed and many are seriously injured including children, women and mother of Dr. Allah Nazar. It would be not out of place to state her that the oppression is being systematically spreaded and many of other namely Makran and Panjgur areas are also under siege, the oppression is carried on with the advent of aircraft and aerial bombing and a fleet of 70 army trucks which is a grave breaches of Article 3 Geneva War convention on August 12th 1949 that tantamount that Pakistan has committed crime against war and humanity by violating the human rights and fundamental freedoms and international humanitarian laws.
Although amnesty international and other responsible and impartial government stakeholders have raised the atrocity of Pakistan military forces in connection with baloch ethnic cleansing, enforced disappearance and extra judicial killing, which was substantiated Consistence Pattern of gross and reliably attested violation of human rights and fundamental freedom in Pakistan by the scathing amnesty international report on 30th august 2012, by Eileen Donahue Excellency ambassador of America in Geneva on 30th October 2012 and Dana Rohrabacher Chairman of subcommittee of US congress of Foreign affairs on February 08, 2012 . Which itself justifies intervention, but the civilized nations and UNO have not yet taken appropriate measures which is questionable in the eyes of international humanitarian laws and the new norms.
While, on the other hand in Middle East the new “ruling ideology” are being implemented. Kosovo and East Timor were crucial examples, in Case of Kosovo and East Timor even humanitarian interventions were launched without Security Council authorization.
It is therefore requested to UNO, NATO and western civilized nations to intervene and stop the slaughter of baloch nation and atrocity of Pakistan military forces in connection with gross violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
