The conference participants will include a diverse range of human rights related organizations, human rights defenders and human rights and legal experts based in Switzerland and beyond who are working on these issues. Following participants are invited:

The intent of the conference is to focus on sharing views and discussing issues and obstacles, with a view to future steps and improvements. The focus of conference’s discussion will include:

(a) The current situation of human rights in Iran
(b) The range and scope of human rights issues and the individuals, groups and communities affected particularly the non Persian nationalities and religious minorities
(c) The right to education in mother language and the importance of participation of the non Persian nationalities and religious minorities in public life
(d) Death penalty and Juvenile execution

There will be a series of interactive dialogue after the panellist’s presentations.
